I also received an unsolicited phone call from a well known insurance company. They said that I won an accident insurance plan for free as part of their anniversary celebrations. Well and good. But as far as I can remember, I haven't heard any shred of information about their insurance giveaways nor have I actively joined any contest or procedure for me to be eligible for winning their price.
