I remember sometime back in there was a TV show where the lead character was originally a portly John Goodman-type with a 9 to 5 job. Then he was accidentally pushed from the platform onto an oncoming commuter train and then they reconstructed him (ala-6Million Dollar man) to be some sort of undercover agent.
